Coaching for Men
Maybe it's the drinking. The way you eat when no one's watching. The job you can't leave. The life that looks fine from the outside.
You're not broken. You're doing what makes sense given everything you've been through. We just need to understand what that is.
About me
I'm a fully qualified psychotherapist awaiting his warrant. Mediterranean by background, split between Mellieha, Malta (Demajo Clinic) and Lisbon, Portugal. I work with men who are dealing with the kind of stuff that's hard to talk about with most people in their lives.
That might be anxiety, a relationship that's not working, feeling directionless, low mood, or just a vague but persistent sense that something's off. I don't have a script. The work is collaborative and usually pretty direct.
Right now I'm practicing as a coach while I wait for my formal registration with the PPBM (Professional Psychotherapy Board of Malta) to come through. Currently taking on new clients.
I also offer corporate packages, corporate training on employee wellness & talks at events. Get in touch to find out more.
Men who've tried to think their way out of something — and it hasn't worked.
Men who drink a bit more than they'd like to. Who eat in ways they don't fully understand. Who stay in jobs, relationships, or cities that don't fit — and can't quite explain why they're still there.
Men who are functioning. Maybe even succeeding. But carrying something underneath that they've never quite been able to put into words.
Men who've never felt fully at home — in their jobs, their friendships, their families, or their own skin. Who've spent a long time in the wrong circles, wondering why it never quite clicked.
Men who had a complicated relationship with a parent, and are only now starting to see how much that's shaped everything since.
Men who've had to stop doing the thing that kept them sane — sport, movement, the physical outlet — and don't know who they are without it.
Men who suspect the thing they came in to talk about isn't actually the thing.

Therapy goes deeper — it works with psychological patterns, past experiences, and mental health concerns. Coaching is more forward-focused: goals, decisions, momentum. I'm a fully qualified psychotherapist but I'm currently practicing as a coach while my warrant from the PPBM comes through. Practically speaking, the conversations cover the same ground.
Mostly me understanding what's going on for you, and you getting a feel for whether this works. You don't need to arrive with everything figured out. We'll end with a clearer sense of what you're after and how I can help — or whether someone else might be a better fit.
Because men often come to therapy differently — sometimes reluctantly, sometimes not sure what they're even asking for. I've found that a space built around how men actually tend to communicate (or avoid communicating) makes a real difference. It's not that other people aren't welcome — it's that this is where I do my best work.
Sessions are 50 minutes over video call. You can be anywhere in the world. Most clients find it easier than they expected — being in your own space can actually help. All you need is somewhere private and a decent connection.
Yes — I see clients in person in Mellieħa, Malta. I also spend time in Lisbon, so depending on when you're there, in-person sessions may be possible. Get in touch to check availability.
Book a free 30-minute intro call. No commitment — just a chance to talk through what's going on and see if we're a good fit. If it makes sense to work together, we go from there.
